Australia is where the educators are given adequate pay, alongside adequate open help and government subsidizing. The initial segment of the investigation will concentrate on the speculations and practices of showing, for example, personality hypothesis, educator proficient character, impacts of the elements while molding the impression of the instructors as an expert character. The second piece of the investigation centers around the impact of the variables in forming the expert character of turning into an educator. A personality of an instructor regarding polished methodology can be ordered into three points of view. The system of Erikson is considered as a broad and multidimensional in nature and extension. So as to characterize the personality of an instructor, the two terms are primary concerns of concerns, for example, self idea of ones and the feeling of self (Anspal, Leijen Lfstrm, 2014). In the definition, it very well may be said that the word self is utilized as a particular thing that focuses to be utilized as steady center and bound together. The character of the educator as a vocation way can be partitioned into individual personality, sense of self character and social personality. Individual character In the individual personality of the educator, the qualities, objectives and convictions of an individual shows to the world. Individual character is the qualification calculate that aides keeping up close to home way of life as an instructor dependent on the experience and information gathering (Fuller, Goodwyn Francis-Brophy, 2013). Sense of self character Ego personality is the most central and fundamental convictions of an individual. This character is perhaps a disguised and oblivious personality from the guardians. This personality of an educator is safe and predictable to change. Social character Social personality is considered as a gathering of personality that will accentuate on the social components and different elements socialization. The elements of the educator that impact the impression of them in investigating their own character are instructor as an educational master, distinguishing proof of the calling of the instructor, as a topic master, showing idea, showing experience and the life story of the educator. These will be clarified in the following part in a nitty gritty way (Li, 2016). Proficient learning program It very well may be said that in Australia, the colleges and schools are giving numerous expert courses and degree courses for the alumni that impacts the alumni for turning into an expert educator. The expert courses incorporate a one-year course in Professional Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) (Kenny, Finneran Mitchell, 2015). A comprehensive teaching method are created by the advanced education supplier of Australia so as to impact the individuals related with these courses so as to build up an expert character. The expert courses depend on the comprehensive teaching method. They are reliant on three topics, for example, dynamic demonstrable skill, social equity and getting learning (Xu, 2013). The instructing rehearses that are remembered for the instructional method are identified with the various perspectives, for example, making of condition for learning, augmentation of the things that are accessible to the students. The separation of the instructional method can be accomplished through a shifted degree of decision of movement for the students (Bolvar, Domingo Prez-Garca, 2014). The courses and other learning program help the student in creating eagerness to work in an imaginative way with the goal that they can help in building up a methodology of giving the information among everybody for example the advancement of a no-nonsense expert character in the point of view of instructing. It additionally identifies with increment the responsibility of the individual while educating to the crowds or understudies in the schools. The students have confidence in their own capacity while advancing the exercises of learning in the course (Etelpelto et al., 2014). Socio-social setting of the speculations The expert courses of Australia depend on not many subjects. The subjects are to be detailed based on the socio-social components of the nation. Exploration has called attention to that the schools, schools and colleges of Australia have different understudies various social foundations. The understudies can be ordered as indigenous understudies and native understudies. Aside from that, the colleges of Australia have remote understudies from various nations of the world (Dang, 2013). Instructors must have the feeling of incorporation and assorted variety while gathering information with respect to consideration of speculations of educating and learning. The understanding learning subject of the post graduate courses of the learning foundations are capable in offering a study of the naming capacity and the presentation of new hypothesis that depicts the learning techniques of the youngsters. The social equity subject then again helps in creating mindfulness regarding imbalances that are described by the distinctive deterministic practices while saturate the understudies so as to make an awareness of other's expectations while supporting the students (Machin, 2016). Then again, the subject of dynamic polished skill is considered as a topic of communitarian demonstrable skill. In this subject, the instructors typically work with others so as to convey quality training to them by clearing their questions. The socio-social part of the hypotheses and comprehensive instructional methods are answerable for discovering routes in reacting to the challenges of the youngsters in their educational program (Pillen, Beijaard sanctum Brok, 2013). Scenes of instructive arrangement The nation of Australia as a rule took a shot at the example of common national training framework. The arrangement of training acts with a concurrence with the states. The approaches of the training centers not exclusively to the instruction of the understudies of the nation yet additionally to the instructors who are occupied with giving information to the understudies of schools, school and colleges. The instruction approaches and the framework are controlled broadly as far as different concurrences with the regions and conditions of the nation. The states and the regions are centered around the subsidizing and instruction needs (Izadinia, 2013). The states and schools government share the dynamic procedure in the point of view of lower optional school. The training strategies center around subsidizing of the schools and universities. The financing of school as a rule has come up short on the intelligence and straightforwardness in deciding the results of the cultivated objectives . The instructive foundations have many experienced educators that are liable for training the understudies are forming their vocation and develop their way of life as an instructor (Pillen, Beijaard Brok, 2013). Impact of elements in making proficient personality It very well may be said that both experienced and unpracticed instructors are looking for their expert character. There are various expert factors that are answerable for making proficient character for example mental self view in the calling. The inventive variables of an instructor to be a didactical master, topic master, educational master, distinguishing proof of educator as a calling, showing setting, showing experience, history of educator, in his specific profession. I have distinguished out these variables that are answerable for building up a mental self portrait as an instructor. At the point when I was occupied with the recognition courses of turning into an instructor then I have learned things of getting increasingly mindful and sound towards sharing information to the understudies of schools and colleges. The experience of an educator is an essential angle that is a significant reason for the advancement of expert personality. Experience of an educator causes him in ge t-together more certainty and assembling efficient information that can empower the instructor so as to draw their past encounters (Ruohotie-Lyhty, 2013). The instructor as a topic master is increasingly composed in nature while enveloping various units of information, for example, representations, illustrations, pictures, and so on. They likewise expand the verifiable as an information in a beginner. As such, it very well may be said that the job of educator in creating educational program and instructional method is a significant persuasive components of making a self way of life as an instructor. These are the conventional components that are making an effect in the vocation way of an instructor during his preparation and counterfeit showing some portion of the course. Aside from that, the accomplished instructor likewise figure educational plan and instructional method that requires, arranging, execution lastly assessment of the detailing of teaching method for understudies (Harford Gray, 2016). On the off chance that educating is considered in the situational viewpoint, at that point it can happen in the premise of the unstated information that is extremely hard to arrange as it is unconstrained in nature. End The investigation centers around the components that have impacted on the educators while building up their expert personality in the advanced education supplier and training supplier. The instructive strategy and the contemporary training arrangement of instruction offer gigantic help to the students just as the future educators to pick their vocation as an instructor or teacher. The social setting of the variables of instructive instructional methods that outcome into various kinds of advancement of subjects in the certificate programs for the instructors. It very well may be said that Australia has a worldwide gauges of training that helps in forming the vocations of understudies. The confirmation programs for instructors help themselves in making proficient character. References Anspal, T., Leijen, ., Lfstrm, E. (2014). Industry Analysis of Furniture Market

Industry Analysis of Furniture Market Nidhi (ABM 11032), Abhishek Ranjan Besra (PGP 29368), Nikhil Madan (PGP 30323), Sonnet Kabra (PGP 30329), Anurag Kumar (PGP 30302), Nivaak Shah (PGP 30325), Ruchi Shah (PGP 30341) FURNITURE IMPORTS IN INDIA The furniture imports in India has kept up a critical development in past years. The key components prompting increment in imports in India are expanding lodging and business development, increment in pay level and impact of worldwide way of life on urban populace of India which entices them to move towards the imported furnishings. Prior the European furniture was the significant donor in furniture import in India yet from recent years a significant bit of furniture is imported from China alone. During July 28, 2014 to August 28, 2014, India imported wooden furniture worth USD 1,626,772 followed by Italy and United States which sent out furniture wood worth USD 348,207 and USD 254,712 separately. The import information for this one month can be appeared in pie outline as underneath: Wooden Furniture-Major Supplier Countries by Value (in USD) during July’14-August’14 (Source:www.infodriveindia.com/furniture-wood-import-data.aspx) The furniture imports in India have expanded upto 64% over the time of five years from 2001 to 2005. The expansion in the furniture imports is appeared in the diagram underneath: Furniture Imports in India during 2001-2006 Source: http://www.ibef.org/download/Furniture_170708.pdf) Work VS OUTPUT As per law of Diminishing Marginal Returns, the expansion in one contribution past a specific breaking point keeping others fixed will prompt reduction in efficiency. In furniture industry, the investigation of reducing negligible returns was finished by considering the work engaged with the assembling of table. An ordinary table in a dealer’s shop in Delhi, Godrej Dealers, costs Rs. 2000. The creation of a table requires 2 works. In the event that 5 craftsmen are distributed to deliver one table, the profitability increments yet on the off chance that the work input goes past 5, there is a fall in efficiency of table furnishings. The investigation can be appeared in the diagram underneath: (Source: Survey, Godrej Dealers) Request ESTIMATION (Organized part) To evaluate the interest we have accepted interest as a reliant variable and different components like cost of items, substitutes and pay level as free factor. Two speculation were taken; Null theory: There is no connection among autonomous and subordinate variable and Alternative speculation: There is a connection among free and ward variable. In the event that one of the theory is dismissed other will be naturally acknowledged. For sorted out part the interest work which is created has Price of the wooden furnishings (P), Income levels of customers (I), Price of the metal/fiber furniture (P1) as free factor and Expenditure of wood (Q) as reliant variable. Request work Q= (P, I, P1). The essential information of cost has been gathered from Godrej vendors of the Godrej Company. Pay levels were gathered from CMIE reports. All the essential information are obliged to Delhi. To create Goodness of fit, the capacity has been thought to be liner and relapse examination has been done to assess the interest. After relapse investigation, following model is acquired: Q= 6773.461317-0.3281P+ 0.02705 I + 11.7609 P1 R2= 0.699, Adjusted R2= 0.548 Coefficient of P-Price of the wooden furniture is â€ve Coefficient of me-Income level of shoppers is + ve Coefficient of P1-Price of substitutes (metal/fiber) is +ve The above outcomes shows more than a moderate connection among reliant and autonomous variable. As per the estimation of R2, 69% of the interest variety is clarified by the variety of the cost of the items, pay level and cost of the substitutes. Others factors which are not considered into above model ought to be government approaches with respect to cutting and selling tress and woods, import of woods and so forth. The above coefficient of autonomous variable gives us the outcome which is identified with microeconomic hypothesis. It unmistakably expresses that the interest (Q) falls with rising costs of principle item and ascends with rising pay levels and costs of substitutes. Fig no. †¦.: Organized segment Regression fit amount Price of item keeping ceteris paribus Fig no. †¦.: Organized segment Regression fit amount pay keeping ceteris paribus Speculation testing: By utilizing the estimation of acquired estimation of t-detail and P-values the previously mentioned theory will be tried. Table no. :†¦Ã¢â‚¬ ¦. Here, we have believed level of criticalness to be 5% i.e ÃŽ ±= 0.05 and level of opportunity to be n-k-1, where n: no. of perceptions = 10 and k: no. of free variable= 3 Thus, we get t (ÃŽ ±, n-k-1) which is t (0.05, 6). From measurable table (t dissemination) the determined t-esteem is 1.943. Discoveries: Table no:†¦.. As indicated by the information free factors like P and I doesn’t show any noteworthy effect on Quantity requested (Q) aside from variable P1 which is critical. This sort of result is acquired basically due to less number of information. FUTURE OUTLOOK RECOMMENDATIONS As the furniture business in India is to a great extent disorderly and divided, it gives gigantic chances to residential and worldwide players. The principle explanation behind increment sought after for furniture is by virtue of expanding buying intensity of the buyers, change in the way of life, expanding urbanization and accessibility in level II and III urban areas. For expanding the item accessibility, composed furniture producers are likewise getting into tie-ups with E-trade retailers. The furniture retail chains are likewise concentrating on expanding their essence in level II III urban communities. â€Å"India Furniture Market Forecast Opportunities, 2019†, gauges the country’s furniture market will develop at a CAGR of around 26% during 2014-19.Western district is probably going to be the most noteworthy income patron in the furniture portion, trailed by southern locale as there are countless mechanical center points and up and coming foundation improvements in these areas. Throughout the following scarcely any years, the Indian furniture advertise is relied upon to observe expanding union because of developing passage of worldwide organizations because of the government’s 100% FDI endorsement into the country’s furniture industry. Accordingly, the portion of little and fair sized furniture players to a great extent shaping the sloppy area is relied upon to fall over the coming years. The current market size of online deals in India is at Rs. 200 crore at present and is relied upon to grow multiple times to Rs. 1,000 crore by 2016. Certain classifications, for example, foot stools, shelves and retires when all is said in done could be the blockbusters sooner rather than later. This accompanies its own confinements as specific things required to be seen and contacted, similar to couches. It is likewise accepted that it will rise as the most beneficial portion in the web based business showcase.

I Do Not Like Faxes, Sam I Am! - UGA Undergraduate Admissions

I Do Not Like Faxes, Sam I Am! - UGA Undergraduate Admissions I Do Not Like Faxes, Sam I Am! “Do you like green eggs and ham?” “I do not like them, Sam-I-am. I do not like green eggs and ham!” Dr. Seuss, Green Eggs and Ham I feel the same way about faxes. I would not like them here or there, I would not like them ANYWHERE! We see a large number of faxes, especially around deadline time. In general, if you have ever looked at a fair number of faxes, you understand that most come out looking distorted, with smudges, readability problems, etc. Then try scanning them, and you really have problems reading the document. So our office has a policy that for any official document (HS transcripts, college transcripts, recommendation letters, etc), we will not take faxes! There is a reason that the shredding bin is so close to the fax machine. It is so I only have to take two steps before I shred most of the items. The reason we do this is to make sure we are able to look at you in the best light possible. If we had to guess if a grade was an 88 or a 68, and cannot read it clearly due to the fax, you do not want us guessing! In the same way, you do not want us to think a teacher loathes you as a student, when they really are trying to say they loved you as a student! In addition, it is a security measure. For example, I once received a faxed letter of good standing from a college. Upon closer review, I noticed that the fax from where it was sent was a local Subway Sandwich shop. Unless the college had moved their registrars office to add food service to their job, we were dealing with a bogus document. So go out and shout it to anyone you see, from your teachers, your counselors, your friends, even the guy who is at the checkout counter at Target. UGA does not want faxes! UGA will shred faxes! Send documents online or through the mail! Thank you for your help. I will finish up with one last Dr. Seuss quote; You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself Any direction you choose. You’re on your own. And you know what you know. And YOU are the guy who’ll decide where to go. Dr. Seuss, Oh the Places Youll Go! Go Dawgs!

Assignment Case Study DG - 1277 Words

GE2231 Case Study What Luxury Brands Should Learn From Dolce amp; Gabbana s Hong Kong PR Disaster One of the biggest stories of this past weekend in Hong Kong was a massive, Facebook-organized protest of the Italian fashion house Dolce amp; Gabbana, after a security guard prevented locals from taking photographs outside of its flagship store in Tsim Sha Tsui. Checking into the story, a photographer from the Apple Daily reported on January 5, 2012 that he was told by a security guard that only mainland Chinese or foreign tourists were allowed to take photos outside the store, with another guard allegedly threatening to break his camera. Within hours, the story had set off a firestorm of criticism in the city, with angry Hong Kong†¦show more content†¦The brand’s overt focus on the mainland China market in recent months — it plans to open around 30 stores in the country within the next two to three years — and perceived kowtowing to wealthy mainland Chinese tourists at its Hong Kong locations has become a simmering issue in the former British colony, and this most recent incident has only made the situation worse. So what can luxury brands learn from the (ongoing) Damp;G saga in Hong Kong? First off, despite the importance of Hong Kong as a key market to benefit from growing mainland Chinese tourism, being perceived as â€Å"playing favorites† to the detriment of locals should be avoided at all costs. Recently, racy photo-spreads in Beijing and rosy talk of their love for cities like Shanghai and Hangzhou by owners Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana, and rumors in the Hong Kong press about mainland Chinese officials throwing their influence around at luxury boutiques only serves to stir the pot further. Another important thing for brands to remember in Hong Kong is that the city’s more open press and Internet vis-a-vis the Mainland, and wide rate of English-language fluency, allows for PR issues to spread (arguably) more quickly and (certainly) more globally than they wouldShow MoreRelatedCase Study 2: Southwestern University a (Pp. 94-95).1037 Words   |  5 PagesOperations Analysis Week 7 Case Study 2:   Southwestern University A (pp. 94-95). Childhood Vaccination A Deadly Misunderstanding

Childhood Vaccination: A Deadly Misunderstanding? In the year 1998, Dr. Andrew Wakefield published a scientific article that would eventually weaken the human species in both Europe and the United States and sow distrust in the idea of getting children properly vaccinated (Kolodziejski). In his article, Dr. Wakefield falsely claimed that the measles, mumps, and rubella (MMR) vaccine could be linked to the development of autism spectrum disorders (ASD) (Kolodziejski). Unfortunately, even though Dr. Wakefield’s study was discredited the â€Å"damage was already done† (McLeod 8). The article caused a decline of vaccinations of children by their parents for fear of unintentionally inflicting ASD upon them. Years later, Celebrities Jenny McCarthy and Jim Carrey also reinforced his ideas reflected in the article in the United States that caused a similar effect as well (McLeod 8). It is not surprising that outbreaks of diseases that were previously regulated by vaccinations b egan to occur once again following these events. It should be a requirement for children to get vaccinated because it saves the lives of children, it is safe, it benefits more than just the child and it is still a necessary precaution. Some people might argue that vaccines contain harmful ingredients like thimerosal, aluminum, and formaldehyde that are not worth putting into a person’s body. Many also believe that vaccines cause autism in children and that vaccines are unnatural or not worth getting for certainShow MoreRelatedChildhood Vaccination : A Deadly Misunderstanding?1856 Words   |  8 PagesChildhood Vaccination: A Deadly Misunderstanding? Important Types Of Business Processes †MyAssignmenthelp.com

Question: Discuss about the Important Types Of Business Processes. Answer: Introduction Business process is a group of linked tasks that find their end in the conveyance of a service or product to the customers or clients. Further it has also been explained as a set of activities and tasks which once finished will achieve a companys goal. However, its processes must explain the inputs and its single outputs clearly. These inputs will thus, get build up with all the elements that contributes to the added value either directly or indirectly of a specific service or product. Therefore, these elements can be classified into management, operational and supporting processes of business. Business processes is however important in an organization as it helps in higher productivity, expand revenue. It also helps in lowering the expenditures, have a strong managerial control. Business process authorizes the company to respond to their customers and the requirements of the markets in a much faster way than the opposition. The most important part that it plays in any organization i s that it improves the consistency and constraint outcome in a better service to the customers (Rosemann and vom Brocke 2015). There are three important types of business processes which are primary or essential process, support process andmanagement process (Becker, Kugeler and Rosemann 2013).The very first one which is the primary or essential process is the most crucial one. In this process there is a direct communication with the customers and thus, they are provided value directly. However, it always contemplates the value chain as a whole. It further helps in outstretching and outshines the standards of the organization. Then, is the support process which has been established formally for supporting the already mentioned primary processes. Support process however has no contact with the customers so it cannot supply any value to the customers instantly. Lastly, themanagement process which has been formally established to any organization to collaborate the activities of the primary and secondary business processes. However it helps in measuring, monitoring and controlling the processes in an organizati on and like support processes it also does not allocate value directly to the customers. This report describes how ERP software can be used in bus transportation, its advantages and disadvantages and how it can be used in the security purposes in the bus transportation industry. Develop business requirements Business requirements are frequently listed in a Business Requirement Document or BRD. The importance in BRD is given on what is needed rather than in what ways it can be achieved. Thus, this is normally delegated to a System Requirements Specification or document or different variations like the Functional Specification Document. However, for a bus transportation industry the basic business requirements will be of strong reputation that must be supplied by two honorable references. Then, the requirement is to be fit and positive for the motive of accreditation. There must be necessary process knowledge and level of capability to manage a bus service. The business further requires financial viable so that it can manage the bus transportation service and the level of capability to run a bus transportation service. Further, they must have an access to sufficient maintenance opportunities for the vehicles along with an appropriate written approval from the local council. However, on the other hand the important software requirements in the buses must be driver online portals, VMS electronic job card and Driver walk-round check mobile app (Daniels and Mulley 2013). The first and foremost is the Driver online Portal which is very much useful for the coach manager reservation and contract booking system. This helps the driver to securely log in to an instinctive desktop and websites that are mobile friendly from where they can easily look into an online dairy record of the bookings they have assigned to (Boyd and Boost3 2013) . However this can help enormously as just a click on the bookings will give the total details of the tickets that are generated. Drivers can also get advantages from this like they can print their own work tickets straightaway from this website or can easily download it. Clients can also verify their bookings from the website and can also pay online from their desktop or mobiles. The next software requirement is VMS electronic job card this will help in saving papers and keeping all the original documents in the electronic job card (Hommes and Holmner 2013). Lastly, the Driver walk-around check mobile app it has numerous be nefits because of its improvements that is available to the Apple and Android mobile users in their devices. It highly helps in the driver and manager conveyance where the driver can let everyone know through this app if any crisis occurs like an accident or a service request and so the connection with the drivers are maintained. Determine the systems requirements When a software and hardware is obtained for any computer the thing that should be kept in mind is that whether it will support the requirements of the system that is the computer. However, there are few necessitate specifications that the computers must possess in order to be able to use any software or hardware. Thus, if the requirements are not met then there is no possibility to run the software. Moreover, it is equally important for the hardware devices to get a system requirement check before installing any software. ITS or the intelligent transportation systems is very important for the public transports as it is a holistic answer for themanagement of well organized transportation. This system helps in changing the desires and understands the particular requirements of the section. It further helps in the fleet operators to supply better experience to the passengers travelling and enhance the effectiveness of the fleet operator. The next is the intelligent transportation real- time system. This has been designed for application in the rural or compact urban providers of paratransit transportations. It is helpful to the passengers as it imparts them the capability to schedule a demand or acknowledgment to the bus trip to an appointed location or activity. Thus, the passenger to schedule any trip can contact the dispatch centre (Camacho, Foth and Rakotonirainy 2013). Software and Vendor selection Public transport for example bus requires a well-formulated technology to take care of their database and security breech. This is because manual formulation of data leads to a lot of confusion and complications in the business. Data are the most important part of an enterprise and it is through a proper database company can analyse its revenue, cost and profit. The software that can be implemented in the bus transport system is the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system in all its operation. ERP is a type of business processes software that can be used in the management of the business processes. It assists the processes of the business in which it can integrate all the functions that is taking place in the back office as well as in the front office. The functions that are assisted by ERP are usually a technology or service related functions. However, to implement the software efficiently the organisation supplying bus services requires keeping a dedicated team that can help them organise the data and take future recommendations accordingly (Leon 2014). ERP software includes a number of modules such as distribution management, supply chain management, accuracy improvement, reduction of redundant task; manage pay roll activities and others. Thus, an Enterprise Resource Software will be useful for the bus transport as well to help them manage their daily data. The vendor from where the bus transport services can purchase the ERP software is Aquion. It is one of the best business and technology provider enterprise in Australia. It also offers network security along with its management solution to help the company. It is the best IT solution company the transport industry can get to protect their information and manage its business on a day-to-day basis. It has its business spread over three nits through it offers business solutions to the customer. The business involved in bus transport can avail the ERP software from this vendor for a comparatively less cost and lifetime free services (Koupaei and Movahedi 2014). Benefits of the implemented software Implementation of software like ERP in the bus transport services can help the business benefit is various ways. The software helps the business to manage both its external and internal resources in a great way. The internal resources are the staffs, materials and financial resources of the organisation. Whereas, the external resources are the customers, vendors and other influencing the demand of the transport system. The ERP software puts a positive effect on the bus transport business in two major activities such as the ticket generation activity and the payroll activities of the constructors, drivers and others. ERP will be used in the ticket generation activity in a bus transport system in which the software will be put in a machine in the gate. The passengers need to generate their own ticket in the gate before entering into the bus. This will help the company to keep a track on the number of passengers travelling daily, as the software will automatically capture the number of tickets generated. This will increase the security rate of the organisation and will not allow the conductors or the drivers to deceive the company in any way. It will also give a sense of security to the customer and help the company to improve its customer relationship management (CRM) (Lasisi et al. 2017). On the other hand, it helps the mangers of the business to manage the payroll activity of the workers in the company. This is because financial accounting is one of the core activity offered by the ERP system. The software will automatically generate the number of leaves, late coming and other activities of the business. Thus, the company will be able to get knowledge about the cost it is incurring on the staffs of the business and other activities and the revenue of the business from the number of tickets getting generated every day. Thus, ERP can be used in these two activities of a bus transport business, which will make their work much easy and save them from any kind of fa lsification done by the staffs of the business (Feldman et al. 2015). Efficiency of technology implementation Implementation of technology is a part of development strategy made by the company to help them grow in a positive way. Planning and implementing a technology has a lot of affect on the daily operation of the business. Similarly, implementation of ERP software in the bus transport services will have a lot of impact on its daily business and in its growth. The benefits that ERP will generate on the bus transport services are competition, efficiency, forecasting, cost savings, productivity, customer service and others. Competition is one such factor that is a concern for every business and its growth. Thus, ERP is a costly system that cannot be used by everyone and the usage of this software will put the bus business on top of other types of transport business. Efficiency can gained by using ERP because it makes the operation of the business easy and reduce the chances of insecurity caused in it. This makes the operation beneficial and less challenging for the business (Bindi 2016). Ot her benefit is cost saving as the business will not require many staffs to look after various activities and it can be done by the advance technology of ERP. Moreover, ERP also leads to increase in productivity and sales as customers can now generate their own ticket and the chances of the conductor to falsify the business are reduced. Customers gain a lot from this software, as they require cutting the ticket before boarding the bus. This saves them from any false charges asked by the customer for the same route. Lastly, the most important benefits for which the customer takes the ERP system is the security and the software helps the business to secure their data about the customers and its monthly finance. Thus, ERP has many benefits on the transport business in its both internal environment and external environment (Chofreh et al. 2014). Potential Security Risks ERP is the software that helps any organization to improve its business operations, which include accounting, human resources, customer relationship, order management and supply chain. This software applies for Human Resource Planning. Before using this software in the transport systems of Australia there are many problems faced by the transportation authority (Zeng et al. 2012). However, this software has been applied in the business operations of the transport systems such as managing payroll for the employees of the transport business and automatic ticket production. Payroll is the list of the transport corporations employees and the total amount of wages that are paid to them. Before applying this software on the transport organization, the payroll management would be done on paper. The payroll stuff would manage the calculation by maintaining records on paper (Laudon and Laudon 2016). There are high chances of making errors in this process. There are some potential risk factors involved in this manual process of payroll management. The process of the payroll could be slow and laborious, as it has been done manually and it demands heavy concentration that would be necessary for maintaining detailed information of the payroll sheet. There are high chances of making mistakes in this process as it is related to checking, processing, reviewing, correcting and authentication of the individual employees payroll information, which would be done manually. However, ERP decreases the chances of errors. Before applying ERP on automatic ticket production system, the conductor of the transport would collect it and maintain the information and the accounts of the ticket collection (Tirachini 2013). As the whole process is done manually, there are high chances of making errors in this process. There are chances of making errors in calculation while collecting the money for tickets. The calculation error could happen in case of delivering the remaining balance with the tickets. The conductor or the employee of the transport system who is managing the ticket collection method could even forget to ask for the ticket from the boarder, as he has to be very alert and aware while managing the process. He has to look at every detail in collecting the money for the tickets, maintaining a fare calculation and delivering the right amount of money while giving the tickets to the passengers. However, the risk factors could be removed or minimized with the help of the ERP software application on the ticket management system of the transport corporation. Guidelines for Removing the Security Risks The risk factors that are involved in manual payroll process and the ticket collection method of the transport systems could be removed by the application of the ERP software on the systems. Applying the ERP software helps to collect all the relevant data under one umbrella (White 2016). The software is useful for gathering important data, which are associated with the payroll system and the ticket collection method. Applying ERP on the payroll system of the transport corporation will help in minimizing the human errors related to the complicated payroll structure, increasing the operational efficiency by providing correct and authentic data at right time (Kanellou and Spathis 2013). It helps in managing the whole payroll system effectively and efficiently. The software assists the organizational system in handling the important official data, which are related to calculation and wages of the employees. However, important information, like attendance and leave record, that are tracked for calculation of the monthly wages of the employees, PF details, other tax records and related calculations, can be jotted down together and updated whenever needed with the help of this software (Karunarathna 2015). However, the transport corporation authority can view employees data in one location. ERP solution gathers all the details and tracks records and evidences of the employees, associated with their wage s, promotes pay-slips, calculates all the allowances and the deductions, determines salary adjustments, arrears and bonus, computes overtime, handles Gratuity and Provident Funds and supervises all types of MIS reports (Madapusi and D'Souza 2012). Applying ERP on the automatic ticket production system will help to remove the risk factors associated with it. It provides security and authenticity to the authority of the transport system. The automatic ticket generated system with ERP software will help in minimizing the false entry of the passengers on the transports who do not pay the fare for their journey (Mudiraj 2013). However, it would not allow any passenger without tickets. The calculation would be done properly with the help of this software. The authority can keep records of the number of passengers and the total estimation of the fares collected from the passengers. It will help in profit making for the transport authority. The ERP software would allow those passengers who would correctly pay for their tickets. Conclusion From the above analysis, it can be concluded that the bus transport is a public transport and requires better software to track the daily activity of the customers as well as the staffs. Thus, the business requires keeping better software for both their internal as well as external activity. Enterprise Resource Planning is one of the best software that the business can use to take care of all its resources and make their daily operations quick and easy. ERP will be mainly used in two important activities of the business such as generating ticket by the customer and assisting in payroll activity of the organisation. With the help of ERP, the customers will be able to generate their own ticket before boarding the bus. This reduces the chances of falsification by both the company and their staffs. The most important benefit of using ERP software is to increase the security of the business while maintaining its database. Security is a concern that might lead to various problems in a busi ness and this software will integrate all its data and secure it in a single place. This also reduces complications in the business process that was preset in the absence of the software.
